In General
The Moon is a double edged card, bringing to us both light and darkness, depending on where she is in her cycle; and doesn’t that just remind you of someone? Not everything is always as it seems… for although the shadows of the night can be scary, when the moon peeks out from behind those clouds, the illumination changes our perspective. Known as the card of meditation, when she appears, the moon tells us to check ourselves, slow down, calm our minds, let the clouds clear and take another good look at those botherations with a clearer outlook.
In Love
Take care this month. In the balmy atmosphere of Summer it is easy to get overheated when things aren’t going our way. Relationships need a little bit of give and take on both sides, and we don’t always see the full story from our side. Don’t make any rash decisions, it’s always better to make a cup of tea.
In Work
Tempers might be fraying a little amongst colleagues, and who can blame them. This humidity is oppressive, and the kids are home from school running riot. They might be wearing a happy mask, but trust me, things are about to explode inside. Don’t be the one to light the fuse. Instead, put the kettle on and bring out the chamomile.
In Play
If you need something to truly keep those brats occupied for more than ten minutes, don’t be putting on DVDs the whole time. They may seem like an easy solution, but are they really the sort of intellectual diet you want them by be digesting? No, of course not. In Finances
Be careful of what you buy, not everything is going to be what you expect. That really cheap bucket and spade? Don’t be surprised if the spade breaks when it hits a rock! Think carefully about the value you’ll be getting for your money. If you really want the patio umbrella, be sure to check the base is strong enough. And don’t be making any big business decisions.
In Spirituality
Now is the time to step out of the shadows and look the truth in the eye. And once we understand that the truth is to be found within, we can start looking in the right place.
After all, the truth is plain to see once we are willing to let the clouds part and the light shine.
